1. Structural Design
The design of factory buildings is decided from the machinery facilities and site conditions. Especially soft ground such as claimed land, an enormous amount of money is put into the project for the piling works. We will find the economical construction cost after studying of structure type comparing of spacing of foundations. We will determine the construction cost with owner's consent.
2. Design of Vibration Isolation
Vibration-proof design for building influenced vibration of machinery, such as press machine, air hammer and blower sets are very complicated and difficult. We will design all kind of vibration-proof foundations, vibration isolation frames including vibration-proof devices. In case of necessity, we will request specialists and the research institute to study and investigate the vibration isolation.
3. Noise Prevention Design
Noise Survey
According to the investigation of noise travel route, noise quality and the disaster area, and the observance of anti-noise laws, environmental quality standards for noise, we will start noise prevention design. We will design the noise prevention under following conditions.
- Proofing for sound source
- Sound insulation by fences and buildings
- Sound attenuation in distance
- Effects of the grass, wind, atmospheric and temperature
4. Natural Ventilation Design

Analysis
In high temperature factory buildings, we will adopt the natural ventilation for quality control of products and good working environment to get rid of worker's stress in the heat. We will show the result of the calculation by the graph indicating outdoor wind pressure, ascending room temperature, numbers of ventilation and required areas of inlet and outlet. Air-condition for offices, clean rooms, thermostat rooms and etc. in the factory will be installed in stead.
5. Lighting Design
Daylighting
The whole factory building will be adopted daylighting of
top-light and side light, and artificial lighting of
fluorescent lamp fixtures and mercury vapor lamp luminaires.
We will design the combined use of daylighting and
artificial lighting system for economical purpose.
